I’m pregnant and today I went in a store and sat in a massage chair for a few minutes. Then when I got up I saw a sign warning against pregnant women using them (behind the chair).

I would say you’ll be fine, it’s just not something you should do regularly. Massage chairs can be heated, so like an electric blanket they raise your temperature which is not good for you when pregnant.
