Some ideas for a good sales pitch?

I was left with a couple ifootrub feet/ankle/calf massagers, and by a couple i mean 10 +. I looked at their website, http://www.ifootrub.com/compare.php, and they are listed as $299 with free S/H. I wouldn’t mind settling anywhere between $100-150. They are not doing too well on ebay and I don’t really have any need for these so I figure I would try going door to door to sell them or put flyers around. Any ideas on how to sell these would be appreciated.
