Do “Abs Massagers” really work?

They do work but not in the way you are thinking of. Generally speaking, ab massagers don’t cause the muscles in your abdomen to firm up or slim down – they simply massage your abs and get the blood flowing through them better. This can be beneficial if youre doing loads of ab work on a regular basis (improves recovery time) but don’t think your abs will grow from using them.

They will also not remove any of the fat from around your middle – theres only one way to do this and its called ‘eating properly’.
