voltage difference between the US and UK?

Hi,
Im thinking of buying an electrical appliance, a homedics massage chair cushion, as they are half the price on US websites. I was wondering if id need a voltage adapter to bring it up to speed with the UK voltage, and if so, any reccomendations on where to get them from?

The voltage difference is a problem and you will need a transformer. The cost of these goes up with the power requirements. Check the power rating of the cushion and price up to see if it’s worth it.
