Where to buy a quiet and heated foot bath? online? (or bath bubbler, spa, massager)?

I badly want my feet to be happy.
does any know any quiet and heated foot bath which less than $100 and more than $50(I think more expensive get more quality).
I live in Nova Scotia.
I checked the websites of walmart, it seems that walmart doesn’t have a good one (cheap). and I don’t really wanna buy anything from ebay.

You might be able to check amazon.com I’m not positive that they deliver to Nova Scotia but it is defanitly worth a try, And I know it says some are used but there are usually some new and some used. Or maybe to might be able to try target.com but they can be expensive sometimes
