does any one know what the best foot massager is below $70? my boss has neuropathy due to diabetes and i am looking at the new dr scholls hot and cold massager but there are no reviews. I own the conair bath massager and its okay but not great..i also want to know if bath or dry massagers are better…thanx!!!
