soreness after massage?

so i got this homedics shiatsu massage chair yesterday is used it like 3 times in one day. Today my back muscles are sore. Is it normal to feel this way. should one have a massage daily?

your muscles are sore, most likely, because of all the deep massage of the chair. it wasnt a very smart choice to get three in one day, either. your muscles might not be used to that kind of pressure on the body.
