Can use mini-massagers for back pain while pregnant?

I saw these nifty little Homedics® Mini Massage-on-the-Go Massagers in Bed Bath and Beyond the other day and thought how great that would be for the back pain that I’ve been having.

Massages are fine. Here’s a few tips: avoid them in your first trimester, as they tend to trigger morning sickness. Sit up or lie on your side while receiving your massage. Don’t use any oils.
