Why does my car vibrate at red light and stop sign?

I have kia rio 2002 The problem is vibration and noise when car `s staying at red light or stop sign
I am at a stop sign or stop light with the car in Drive (automatic trans), a loud vibration sound can be heard and also felt in the steering column and the brake pedal. As soon as I press on the gas pedal again, the vibration goes away. The only other way to reduce the noise is to place the car into Neutral.Spark plugs have been replaced couple years ago ,engine mounts and air ok .Do you have any idea?
